Solviro in use

Three live products. Three different support contexts.

We run Solviro on software for swimming clubs, planning practices and risk teams. This gives us a practical environment for testing approved knowledge, branding and contact fallbacks.

A clear disclosure: SwimClub Manager, PlanMan and RiskMate are operated by the same team behind Solviro. They are genuine live deployments, but they are not independent customers or third-party endorsements.

Why this matters

Built around day-to-day product operations.

Running Solviro across products with different audiences helps us test how the service behaves with varied websites, support content and visitor questions.

  • Selecting useful sources instead of treating every page as an answer
  • Matching the assistant to each product's name and brand
  • Giving visitors a real contact route when approved guidance is not enough
  • Reviewing the experience on live public websites before customer rollout
What we are not claiming

We have not published reductions in support volume, response times or conversion changes for these deployments. Those results need a defined baseline and measurement period before they belong on this page.

See it for yourself

See five real questions answered from your website.

We prepare the questions before the call and show where approved content supports an answer and where Solviro should fall back.
