Can one assistant use more than one website?
Yes. We can connect the main website, a help centre, documentation and other relevant public knowledge sources.
Can we review the content before it is used?
Yes. Imported pages can be reviewed, excluded or removed before they are approved for answers.
Does the yearly option have fewer features?
No. Monthly and yearly customers receive the same complete service. Annual billing simply costs less overall.
Can we have a free internal account?
Complimentary accounts can be created for selected internal products or agreed use cases, but they are not a public self-service plan.
